Case Study: Pancentric Digital achieves design-driven insurance transformation with Miro

A Miro Case Study

Preview of the Pancentric Digital Case Study

How Pancentric is bringing design thinking to the insurance world

Pancentric Digital works with traditional insurance firms facing siloed teams, legacy systems and low visibility into customer journeys; they needed better ways to capture discovery outputs, align designers and developers, and collaborate with clients. To solve this, Pancentric Digital adopted Miro (the visual collaboration platform and its Jira plugin) as a central workspace for personas, service blueprints, user story maps, prototypes and remote workshops.

Using Miro, Pancentric created shared, visual user story maps and synced stories to Jira, ran distributed design sprints and kept clients engaged with live boards and tagged components. The approach helped produce a clear multi‑year roadmap for clients like Jelf and enabled the January 2018 launch of a new Sitecore corporate site; Miro improved team alignment, reduced misunderstandings between design and development, and made decision‑making and client collaboration more efficient.
