A Miro Case Study
Neoscape, a Boston- and New York–based full-service creative agency specializing in branding, design, film/3D and digital marketing for high-end real estate clients, needed a better way to collect inspiration, share work, and involve clients without printing dozens of pages or running endless meetings. To solve these physical and process limitations they adopted Miro’s online whiteboard to centralize art references, discovery, and project kickoffs.
Using Miro, Neoscape rolled out templated boards, the whiteboard canvas, flowchart templates, the Unsplash plugin and the comments feature to gather ideas, run reviews, and invite clients into the process. The result was a single, shared workspace that became mandatory across design teams, reduced the need for printed materials and excessive meetings, sped up client feedback and fast-turnaround projects, and gave stakeholders clear, real-time visibility into project progress — all enabled by Miro.
