Case Study: frog achieves virtual collaboration and innovation with Miro

A Miro Case Study

Preview of the frog Case Study

How Miro takes frog from belief to innovation

frog is a 50+-year design and innovation consultancy that runs highly collaborative, in-person workshops from 16 global studios for clients like Porsche, GE, and Pfizer. When COVID-19 shut down travel and studios, frog had just three weeks to move its signature, in-room process online and worried about losing the energy and empathy that drive its workshops. Miro, the digital collaboration platform frog had used sporadically before the pandemic, became a candidate to recreate those team rooms virtually.

frog implemented Miro’s virtual team rooms to replicate workshop dynamics, preserve culture, and keep teams connected across the globe. Using Miro, they not only maintained client-facing collaboration and community-building but evolved their methods—moving “from skepticism to belief to innovation”—and made Miro a core tool in their process. The platform enabled frog to continue delivering high-impact outcomes remotely and to improve on their previous in-person workflows for the future.
