CD PROJEKT RED, the award-winning game studio behind The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077, needed a better way to run milestone planning in a hybrid environment. As teams spread across four global offices and across disciplines, their existing mix of tools and in-person whiteboarding made it hard to keep 27 teams aligned, collaborate in real time, and manage dependencies effectively. With Miro, CD PROJEKT RED moved milestone planning into a shared visual workspace for leadership and distributed teams, using boards for roadmapping, dependency mapping, confidence voting, and collaborative workshops.
