Assurity’s consultants designed a structured kickoff using Miro and practical event techniques—clear POW-style invites, equipment and account checks, pre-event phone calls, and an agenda focused on team norms. Using Miro for real-time board work and communication produced concrete outcomes: a team planning space, a working schedule, and defined first steps for the initiative, while lowering coordination overhead and improving visibility and engagement across time zones. Miro enabled the interactive collaboration that made those measurable results possible.
