CLAAS, a manufacturing company headquartered in Morinda, Punjab with operations in Germany and India, needed a centralized way to evaluate employee performance across its growing organization. Miri Infotech studied the company’s requirements and recommended SharePoint 2013 with Nintex workflow to support the initiative.

Miri Infotech designed, tested, and implemented a centralized employee evaluation system for 400+ employees, featuring employee dashboards, scorecard submission and review, an easy-to-use interface, and workflow-driven approvals with reporting logic. The solution enabled managers and HODs to track performance more efficiently in one place, improving speed and consistency while linking scorecards across employees.
