Asurion, an insurance company headquartered in Singapore, needed a standardized, repeatable, and transparent internal process for Geo Leads and delegates to submit partner opportunities through a “Submit AIC Opportunity” registration form. The process also had to support four levels of approval before launch. Miri Infotech assessed multiple platforms and recommended a solution built on SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Designer, Nintex Workflow, and Infowise Technology.

Miri Infotech then designed and implemented a centralized end-to-end system with custom C# apps, Nintex forms/workflows, Infowise-driven automation, dashboards, web parts, and separate project/partner subsites to manage operations more efficiently. The solution supported 2,000+ users and improved speed, collaboration, data quality, and visibility across projects and partners, while also modernizing the look and feel of the main site and subsites.
