Familiprix wanted its digital ecosystem to better reflect its human-centered approach to health, while unifying two separate mobile apps: one for its loyalty program and one for its health portal. The challenge was to merge the experiences without losing the most valued features and while preserving the confidentiality of customers’ health data. Mirego was brought in to help design and build this unified experience.

Mirego delivered a redesigned, combined mobile app that brought together loyalty and health services in one place, including prescription management for the whole family, medication reminders, and a drug/information directory. The solution created a more seamless customer experience and stronger engagement, while supporting Familiprix’s goal of helping pharmacists be present at the right time for better patient care.
