How PcComponentes Empowers Its Sellers Through Its Technology Marketplace

PcComponentes Empowers, Spain’s biggest online technology retailer, wanted to expand its product range and improve supply chain flexibility by building a seller-centric marketplace. To do that, it launched a Mirakl-powered marketplace in 2018, using Mirakl Connect to attract and manage third-party sellers and better meet customer demand during peak periods like Black Friday.

With Mirakl, PcComponentes expanded its catalog by more than 35,000 SKUs and 200,000 offers, while driving +300% marketplace growth year over year in 2020. The marketplace reached 48M€ GMV and 400,000 orders in 2020, and PcComponentes now plans to grow its seller base by 150% and expand into new countries with Mirakl again supporting the strategy.
