Using Mirakl, Accor Group launched a scalable procurement marketplace that centralized purchasing, improved real-time visibility, and onboarded both major brands and local suppliers across 100+ regions. The platform has grown to 1,100+ active shops and 1,000,000+ active offers, with 2.5B€ in managed spend per year and 500x GMV growth in 2019, helping Accor Group digitize its offerings and better serve hotels worldwide.
