Conforama, one of France’s leading home equipment retailers, wanted to launch an early marketplace to broaden its catalog, improve customer satisfaction, and increase conversion on its website. By using Mirakl’s marketplace platform, Conforama aimed to quickly add products and categories it did not previously carry, while strengthening its omnichannel strategy.
