Miradore builds a long term relationship with PWCampbell

PWCampbell, a Pittsburgh-based design/build construction management firm with over 100 years of experience, was struggling with high IT costs from expensive hardware, backups, constant software updates and licensing—and needed to replace its BlackBerry phones and BlackBerry Enterprise Server as users migrated to iPhone and Android. To deploy, secure, wipe and manage the new mobile devices they chose Miradore and its Miradore Online service after testing and an internal security review.

Miradore implemented Miradore Online (later upgraded to the Enterprise plan), requiring no hardware or software upgrades and simplifying iOS deployment without mandatory Apple IDs. Miradore now manages roughly 85 devices (including BYOD), providing central device tracking, pushed email profiles, VPN access to company servers and stronger security; PWCampbell reports reduced IT overhead, devices secured and controlled, and high satisfaction with Miradore’s ease of use and customer service.
