IT service provider Isoworks gives huge thumbs up

Isoworks, a Fujitsu subsidiary and Finland‑based IT service provider, faced the challenge of supporting several dozen customers and roughly 8,000 devices while juggling about ten separate management tools. To simplify operations and offer a single, sellable service, Isoworks adopted Miradore Management Suite (Miradore) as its core endpoint management platform.

Miradore now handles asset management, OS and software deployment, remote control, application installation and patch management for nearly all of Isoworks’ customers, replacing multiple point tools. The consolidation reduced tool complexity and sped up onboarding (demos convert customers), Miradore’s support fixes bugs in hours, and the suite’s automation and strong price‑to‑feature ratio have driven rapid internal adoption and easier sales. Miradore’s responsive service and expanding feature set continue to improve Isoworks’ efficiency and customer satisfaction.
