BLC Taito, a Finnish managed service provider supporting dozens of small and medium-sized companies, had been managing around 5,000 desktop computers and sought to consolidate tooling to simplify service-desk operations. Although they were already using Miradore Management Suite, missing capabilities forced them to combine multiple solutions until Miradore developed the additional features they needed.
After Miradore released its Patch Management module, BLC Taito moved to Miradore Management Suite as a single desktop management platform thanks to its ease of use, integration, and automation across the device lifecycle. Miradore’s lifecycle features — including a comprehensive asset register, automated software updates and licensing, patch management, and a self-service portal — streamlined operations, made work noticeably easier and more time efficient for BLC Taito’s team, and were backed by responsive Miradore support and ongoing joint development.
