Telia Eesti AS, Estonia’s largest telecommunications and IT service provider serving roughly half of Estonian businesses, faced high overheads from managing a wide variety of customer IT systems and needed a centralized, cost-effective multitenant management tool. They chose Miradore, implementing Miradore Management Suite (and later Miradore Online) to standardize and simplify management across their Workplace service bundle.

Miradore’s solutions automated and centralized hardware and software management, added features like license and workstation profile management, and enabled Telia to offer MDM to customers of all sizes with minimal investment. As a result, Miradore helped Telia cut management hassle and “massively reduced” disruptions from IT incidents and security patching, while deployment times dropped to minutes instead of hours and Telia expanded its managed services offering.
