The challenge was to move the patient relationship from web to mobile without friction, integrate seamlessly into their live enterprise ecosystem, and rigorously protect sensitive health data, all while ensuring the app was accessible to millions of patients from day one.

Miquido delivered a cross-platform Flutter app featuring passwordless login, real-time results, and integrated AI health insights. The solution, built on Google Cloud Platform with OWASP Level 2 security, was launched on time and on spec. The results for Diagnostyka included a 360% growth in its user base, a 4.7-star app store rating, and the creation of a direct patient communication channel that won the Mobile Trends Award in the Services & Daily Life category.
