Mariposa Community Health Center faced manual, error-prone HR and payroll processes—staff calculated employee hours by hand and repeatedly entered benefits and deductions into multiple systems. To address this, the health center implemented MIP Fund Accounting with the MIP HR Module to centralize employee history, benefits management, and reporting while eliminating duplicate data entry.

Using MIP Fund Accounting’s integrated HR modules, MCHC now passes benefits and deduction data directly into Payroll with no re-entry, giving HR and Payroll shared visibility and reducing human error. The solution has cut the payroll process “at least in half,” streamlined reporting across roughly 30 grants, and enabled the center to accurately post revenue and expenses for new and existing funding sources.
