Minitab helped the city analyze pothole and trash collection data, revealing process issues and communication delays that were slowing response times. As a result, Fort Wayne raised pothole repairs within 24 hours to 99.6%, cut missed garbage collections by 50%, and generated an estimated $3.5 million in cost savings, along with more than $500,000 in additional savings.
