To address these issues, the school partnered with Minga to implement its centralized platform for communication and student management.

Minga provided a digital solution featuring hall passes with tracking capabilities, an efficient event check-in system, and community-building tools. This implementation resulted in a dramatic reduction in event check-in times from over an hour to just 15 minutes, provided data to curb inappropriate gatherings, and saved teachers significant time by allowing students to create over 17,000 digital hall passes. The partnership with Minga fostered a stronger, more accountable school community.
