West Catholic High School faced challenges with an outdated student engagement platform and inefficient paper-based systems for hall passes and student IDs. This lack of a digital system made it difficult to monitor student movement in hallways, address behavioral issues like vaping, and ensure campus safety, which was limiting student engagement and wasting valuable administrative time.

The school implemented Minga's digital campus management platform, specifically its Hall Pass and Digital ID modules. This solution provided a centralized system to track student movement, create "No Party Groups," and gather robust data. The results were significant, including an 8% decrease in time spent out of class, reclaiming 41 hours of instructional time, and a reduction in hallway disruptions and vaping incidents.
