Eci Relies On Minerva’S Innovative Malware Prevention Solution

ECI Telecom, a global provider of ELASTIC network solutions to CSPs, critical infrastructures and data centers, needed an exemplary internal cybersecurity posture after seeing sophisticated, evasive malware frequently bypass signature-based AV, sandboxes and automated IR. To close that gap, ECI turned to Minerva Labs and deployed Minerva’s Anti-Evasion Platform to augment its existing AV and defense-in-depth controls.

Minerva Labs’ solution tricks malware into remaining inert by simulating security and forensics tools at endpoints and integrates with existing AV and IR to share prevented threats. Deployed in under a week across endpoints for roughly 2,000 employees and running for over a year, the platform reduced false positives, automatically alerted IR, and helped ECI prevent numerous attacks (trojans, exploit kits, application cracks and an Andromeda infection), increasing team confidence and saving time and resources.
