Positive Coaching Alliance goes Paperless with MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay

Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is a national non‑profit that works with schools, coaches, athletes and parents to improve youth sports. As PCA expanded to 14 locations, its Accounts Payable process became overwhelmed by paper: roughly 200 invoices a month, 25–30 people involved in approvals, inconsistent routing, printed emails and long delays chasing approvers—straining vendor relationships and consuming excessive staff time.

In October 2015 PCA implemented MineralTree TotalAP to automate invoice capture, routing and payments (with NetSuite single‑sign‑on), enabling electronic, remote approvals and consolidated payment history and reporting. The result: far greater visibility, faster approvals, and a 50% reduction in AP processing time—freeing staff and improving vendor payment reliability.
