Paytronix, a cloud-based digital guest engagement platform for the hospitality industry, was struggling with highly manual accounts payable processes that relied on paper invoices, physical approvals, and printed checks. The delays created late payments, vendor frustration, and hours of tedious work, while a lack of integration with NetSuite made the finance team’s workload even heavier. Paytronix turned to MineralTree AP automation to modernize its payment operations.

MineralTree implemented a five-week AP automation rollout with custom approval workflows, a two-way NetSuite sync, digital invoice and payment processing, and SilverPay virtual card payments. As a result, Paytronix eliminated at least four hours of manual work each week, reduced late payments, improved vendor communication, and even offset the cost of MineralTree in some years through virtual card rebates.
