Olympia Hospitality, a fast-growing multi-entity hospitality company using Sage Intacct, needed to replace a discontinued check-delivery service and move to full AP automation. With dozens of entities, separate bank accounts, and varying approval workflows, the team was looking for a scalable solution that could support growth and simplify payables. MineralTree implemented a flexible, hands-on multi-entity rollout that synced AP data with Sage Intacct, supported custom approval processes, and helped onboard new entities quickly. The results were strong: Olympia added 12 new hotels within six months of implementation, new entities could be set up in about a week, check delivery times improved from 7–10 days to 4–5 days, and virtual card rebates covered 90% of MineralTree’s platform fee in the first five months.
