Facing competition from larger institutions, the bank needed a robust, business‑grade bill‑pay solution—not a consumer product—to automate AP, improve controls, and retain clients.
Oakworth white‑labeled MineralTree’s Invoice‑to‑Pay (Business Bill Pay) and delivered it via single sign‑on in online banking with direct integrations to QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct, and Dynamics GP. The solution automates invoice capture, approval, payment authorization and execution (ACH/check today, card planned), removes manual data entry and check handling, improves cash‑flow visibility and reconciliation, and has strengthened client loyalty while differentiating Oakworth from larger competitors.
