BrightView Health, an outpatient medication-assisted treatment provider in Ohio and Kentucky, grew from four centers to more than 30 in two years. After moving its ERP to Sage Intacct, the company still relied on a manual AP process—paper invoices, scanning, batch PDFs and spreadsheet searches—which pushed invoice volume from ~3,000 to over 10,000 annually and threatened the company’s ability to scale.

BrightView implemented MineralTree (OCR plus human review) integrated with Sage Intacct and began using SilverPay virtual card payments. The automation centralized invoice data and approvals, let one AP accountant process about 150 invoices per day, cut audit prep to 20–30 minutes, improved cash-flow timing, generated cash-back rebates, and supported rapid growth without adding headcount.
