Boosts Payments Efficiency by More Than 50% with MineralTree TotalAP

Quickfire Restaurants is a Texas-based casual and fine-dining group operating three locations, including two Cricket’s Drafthouse and Diamondback’s Steakhouse. The company struggled with a manual, paper-based accounts payable process—about 90 invoices per week across stores—that required CEO approvals and forced the controller to spend more than two hours weekly printing, stuffing and mailing checks.

In 2015 Quickfire implemented MineralTree TotalAP, which integrated with QuickBooks, their POS and existing workflows while supporting multiple entities under one login. The system cut payment processing time by more than 50% (to about 30–60 minutes per week), eliminated printing and postage costs, and delivered greater efficiency, control and scalability for future growth.
