The Dewaele Group Uses MindMeister and G Suite for their Meeting and Project Management

The Dewaele Group is a Belgian real estate agency with about twenty offices and 120 employees that needed a more efficient way to collaborate, run project meetings and follow up on tasks across locations. To solve this, Dewaele uses G Suite and added MindMeister’s cloud-based mind mapping to their toolset to prepare meeting agendas and plan projects.

MindMeister’s integration with G Suite and Google Drive lets Dewaele create and share maps for project kick-offs, attach meeting reports, back up maps to Drive and link task deadlines to Google Calendar. As a result, MindMeister has delivered clearer, more structured meetings and more efficient project planning across Dewaele’s offices—maps are easily shared with participants and provide at-a-glance overviews for the 120-strong team.
