Riser Uses MindMeister, MeisterTask and G Suite to Launch Their Ambitious Mobile App

Riser, a three-person startup building a scenic-route mobile app for motorcyclists, needed a low-cost, tightly integrated way to collaborate across borders (their back-end developer is in Germany while the rest are in Austria). To solve this they adopted MindMeister (the mind‑mapping tool and its Hangouts add-on) alongside G Suite and MeisterTask so they could share files, brainstorm visually and coordinate development in real time.

By using MindMeister’s collaborative maps and integrations with G Suite and MeisterTask, Riser mapped ideas in Hangouts, exported outlines to Google Docs and converted map items directly into actionable tasks—streamlining workflows, reducing misunderstandings and saving the team significant time. MindMeister’s visual collaboration and seamless links to their other tools helped the distributed team stay aligned through biweekly sprints and were credited with enabling a fuller-featured launch.
