Renshi Uses MindMeister and G Suite to Improve Performance of Personnel and ­Profitability for its Clients’ Businesses

Renshi Consulting Group, a Canadian consulting firm that helps businesses improve profitability by building employee confidence, needed a way to capture, organize and communicate ideas more efficiently for content production and client engagements. To streamline planning and collaboration they have used MindMeister together with G Suite (integrated into Google Drive) since 2009 to visualize the flow and logic of content before developing final materials.

Renshi uses MindMeister as the project starting point to flesh out ideas, structure thoughts visually, then move work into Docs and Slides; they also publish and share public maps with clients as long-term reference tools. MindMeister’s integration with G Suite has streamlined Renshi’s planning and content-creation processes, improved client engagement by providing reusable reference maps, and enabled faster, more organized delivery of marketing materials and client recommendations.
