Grupo JHR use MindMeister, MeisterTask and G Suite to Manage Projects Collaboratively

Grupo JHR, a Costa Rican group of companies in transportation and other sectors with about 100 employees, needed a more agile, collaborative way to manage projects across multiple offices. While researching alternatives to Microsoft Project, they adopted MindMeister (together with MeisterTask and G Suite) to enable real-time collaboration and better planning between their head office in San José and satellite teams.

Using MindMeister for collaborative mind mapping—integrated with MeisterTask and G Suite (Google Hangouts, Docs and Sheets)—Grupo JHR captures ideas in meetings, turns them into assigned tasks and tracks progress centrally. MindMeister helped drive a successful shift from departmental to project-focused working, speeding implementation of infrastructure, HR and onboarding initiatives, making projects measurably more efficient and noticeably reducing directors’ anxiety about project progress.
