CLOUDPILOTS Keeps Their Distributed Team Organized with MindMeister, MeisterTask and Google Workspace

CLOUDPILOTS, a 30‑person cloud consulting subsidiary of the TIMETOACT GROUP with offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, needed to keep a distributed team aligned across three countries while managing projects, onboarding and product roadmaps. To solve this they adopted Google Workspace alongside Meister tools — using MindMeister for collaborative mind mapping and MeisterTask for task and project management — supplied by vendor MindMeister.

By integrating MindMeister and MeisterTask with Google Workspace, CLOUDPILOTS centralized planning, marketing activities and onboarding (using template projects), and gave leaders visibility through MeisterTask’s Agenda and Reports. Since adopting MeisterTask in 2019 they’ve created 1,470 tasks and completed 918, improved transparency with Team Projects, and streamlined developer roadmaps and urgent website updates — measurable gains enabled by vendor MindMeister’s tools.
