Silhouette, the lightweight premium eyewear company, needed a way to turn creative ideas into marketable products while coordinating complex, cross‑department projects and making document modifications trackable. To foster creativity, clarity and better project scoping across Production, Marketing and other teams, Silhouette turned to MindManager for its visual mind‑mapping approach.

Silhouette rolled out MindManager about 10 years ago and now runs 150 licences in Production, where MindManager has replaced the previous project management software. By letting teams gather and sort information visually, assign priorities and timings, generate task lists and Gantt charts, MindManager streamlined resource planning and made projects easier to manage, while also serving as a central coordination platform across 12 countries in five languages.
