MindManager Enterprise promotes collaborative working practices at MANE

MANE, a family‑owned global leader in flavours and fragrances, needed to improve coordination across its fractured organisation—50 sites and 25 manufacturing locations—so its 29‑person Global Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety Department could manage complex international regulations, share information and make meetings more productive. MindManager was brought in to help tackle these collaboration and productivity challenges.

MindManager deployed MindManager Enterprise (integrated with Microsoft SharePoint) to map projects, organise meetings and share unstructured information. Using map-based planning, MANE efficiently prepared a 5‑day seminar for about 50 participants, created a shared agenda with contributions from global colleagues, and saved considerable preparation time; the tool now provides a blueprint for navigating projects, helps users find files faster and is in daily use by a dozen colleagues with wider rollout expected to save time and money.
