Grand Paris Sud Est Avenir uses MindManager to drastically increase the efficiency of urban planning for a Paris suburb

Grand Paris Sud Est Avenir (GPSEA) is a regional government agency serving roughly 316,000 residents that manages urban planning, utilities, waste, libraries and more. Faced with complex, multi-stakeholder projects and critical information scattered across different databases and formats, GPSEA needed a way to unify planning, communicate impacts across departments, and reduce the risk of overlooked details. In 2016 the agency adopted MindManager (MindManager Enterprise) to help visualize and organize projects.

Using MindManager, roughly 60 daily users at GPSEA create mind maps, work-breakdown structures and schedules to build a shared project vision and single reference point for stakeholders. MindManager enabled faster preparation of projects and workshops, easier monitoring of milestones and follow-ups, and quicker problem resolution — for example, a zoning issue was identified and resolved before signing with a developer — delivering greater efficiency, reduced risk, increased flexibility and enhanced collaboration.
