EDC: Innovating in Education Takes Effective Project Management

Education Development Center (EDC), a nonprofit managing roughly 250 education, health, and economic-development projects across 30 countries, needed a way to synthesize vast amounts of content and establish a consistent culture of project management across dispersed teams and multiple device types. EDC selected MindManager as a cross-platform project-management solution to bring order and visibility to their global portfolio.

MindManager provided a shared, visual platform that consolidated project details, improved collaboration between field teams and HQ, and made SharePoint content far more accessible across Mac, PC, tablets, and mobile devices. As a result, EDC was able to organize and track hundreds of projects more effectively—enabling teams to take on and complete more projects with the same resources while improving overall project visibility and progress tracking.
