WWF Russia, the national arm of the World Wildlife Fund, needed to coordinate long-term donor relationships across a complex, multi-channel fundraising system—email, telemarketing, SMS, postal mail and loyalty events—while tracking every donation, financial outlay and staff hour. To bring clarity to these processes and protect limited budgets, the organisation adopted MindManager maps and diagrams.
Using MindManager, WWF Russia visualised communication sequences and internal call‑centre workflows, making it easy to spot weak touchpoints, introduce telephony rapidly and assess each channel’s effectiveness before full integration. MindManager’s maps let teams evaluate the whole picture “in a matter of minutes,” speeding process integration, optimising workflows to avoid inefficient spending and improving the efficiency of fundraising for conservation projects.
