Silhouette Turns to MindManager and Uses the Software to its Full Potential

Silhouette International Schmied AG, the Austrian premium eyewear maker known for lightweight, high-quality glasses, needed a better way to manage cross-department projects, documentation, and planning. As its work increasingly involved production, marketing, and international coordination, the company wanted a tool that could make complex information easier to scope, track, and share.

Mindjet’s MindManager was rolled out across Silhouette about 10 years ago to support mind mapping, project management, meeting documentation, and coordination. In Production, it replaced the existing project management software, with 150 licences in use, and helped teams handle resource planning, priorities, timelines, Gantt charts, and milestones more efficiently. Silhouette says MindManager made project management easier than traditional software and improved collaboration across departments and countries.
