Kaspersky Lab relies on MindManager for complex IT projects

Kaspersky Lab, the global cybersecurity company, needed a better way to plan and manage complex, parallel IT projects and annual targets. Its SharePoint-based task management was not enough to make dependencies and priorities clear, so the team looked for a more integrated solution from Mindjet, using MindManager to break down high-level plans into actionable tasks.

Mindjet’s MindManager, integrated with Microsoft SharePoint, was implemented to turn map-based tasks into individual SharePoint items and improve visibility across IT units. Used by around 40 people since 2012, the solution helped Kaspersky Lab streamline planning, speed up project execution, and improve coordination and communication across departments through automatic task assignment, better document sharing, and clearer project roadmaps.
