A Mindjet Case Study
Ekso Bionics, a California-based company developing exoskeletons that help people with spinal cord injuries stand and walk again, needed a better way to guide product design and validate the medical benefits of its devices. Working with Mindjet, the team used the platform to organize research, map risks, and plan a collaborative clinical trial strategy across multiple hospitals and clinics.
Mindjet helped Ekso Bionics structure discussion guides, coordinate multi-center research protocols in Europe, and recruit rehabilitation hospitals for clinical trials. The results were clear: more than ten facilities signed on to perform trials, with studies scheduled at ten rehabilitation centers and research hospitals, giving Ekso a stronger path to proving the medical value of its exoskeletons.
