Dark Web ID, ID Agent’s dark web intelligence product, needed a more robust Digital Dashboard to present critical cyberdata and support its threat intelligence workflows. Mindgrub was engaged to improve the Dashboard’s user experience, information architecture, navigation, and overall visual design to better surface compromised or stolen customer data for security teams.

Mindgrub delivered a responsive redesign, improved IA and navigation, automated support features, enhanced filtering/sorting, and interactive graph reports to make data easier to sort, visualize, and act on. Mindgrub also created a unified brand identity for Dark Web ID and provides ongoing Drupal maintenance and feature development, resulting in simplified and accelerated steps for users to identify and respond to security threats.
