ParkRE wanted to help urban homebuyers find properties with off-street parking in high-demand areas of Baltimore, and engaged Mindgrub to build a digital solution. Mindgrub integrated the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS) and developed native iOS and Android apps that surface homes with parking using unique map pins and location-based services.

Mindgrub’s solution added beacon integrations, Google Maps, social sharing, and agent contact functionality so users can view current listings, get property details when nearby, and easily request showings. The app also functions as a lead generation tool—after targeted usage users are directed to a landing page to share contact information—streamlining discovery of parking-equipped homes and connecting buyers with real estate professionals through Mindgrub’s implementation.
