Parking Panda, a Baltimore-based company that lets users reserve guaranteed parking in over 40 cities, needed native Android and iOS apps to enable reservations on-the-go. With an existing web experience but without internal mobile development capacity, they engaged Mindgrub to create a dedicated mobile mapping and reservation experience.

Mindgrub built native Android and iPhone apps, integrated Parking Panda’s database and Google Maps, translated web UX into mobile design, and negotiated Google Wallet integration to enable a single-login payment flow. Mindgrub also added mobile analytics (Flurry) to measure engagement; the result was a streamlined reservation and payment experience that improved conversion potential and provided Parking Panda with actionable app usage metrics.
