GraphicAudio, a Rockville-based producer of immersive audiobooks with more than 1,000 titles, engaged Mindgrub to modernize its digital experience and address a clunky mobile presence. Mindgrub was hired to redesign and deliver updated Android and iOS versions of GraphicAudio’s app, focusing on mobile development, design, user experience, and wireframes to make it easier for listeners to find and enjoy content on the go.

Mindgrub implemented a sleek mobile app with one-tap access to favorite series, built-in search and filtering, customizable personal libraries, lock-screen playback controls, and integrations for eCommerce, recommendations, and analytics. The work produced a markedly improved customer experience—streamlined discovery and playback and continuous entertainment for subscribers; the case study does not report specific usage or revenue metrics.
