Brainstorming Ideas with MindGenius to Build Greater Understanding

Elections New Brunswick, a local government organization in Canada, needed a better way to capture ideas, define project scope, and turn brainstorming sessions into complete work plans, training programs, and election manuals. Using MindGenius, Assistant Electoral Officer Nathan Phillips moved beyond traditional MS Word drafting and adopted mind mapping to organize annual planning and special projects more effectively.

MindGenius helped Elections New Brunswick gather thoughts more efficiently at the start of projects, ensure completeness of content, and improve understanding across teams. For the 2010 provincial general election, staff tasks were mapped in brainstorming sessions, consolidated into one large mind map, and exported to MS Project for execution, helping the organization produce higher-quality plans with fewer resources and less frustration.
