How One to One Group Helped NC State Student Aid Association Increase Members Engagement and Donations

The One to One Group partnered with MindFire to help North Carolina State Student Aid Association’s Wolfpack Club increase member engagement and donations. The nonprofit needed a better way to drive annual membership renewals and raise more funds from alumni, friends, and fans through a more personalized and effective campaign.

MindFire and The One to One Group launched a multi-channel “Signing Day” campaign using MindFire Studio, combining direct mail, personalized email, a customized microsite, integrated payment processing, and social sharing. The campaign raised over $6,000,000 in about 2,000 transactions, increased renewal and donation amounts by double digits, and reduced mailing costs by trimming the target list from 13,000 to about 10,000 contacts.
