Trainline, Europe's leading train and coach booking operator, faced the challenge of migrating all of its Train Operating Companies (TOCs) to its new, scalable PlatformOne platform within an ambitious timeframe. This critical project was the largest ever undertaken by its rail technology solutions team. To meet this challenge, Trainline appointed its trusted software development partner, Mindera, to undertake the work.

Mindera dedicated a software engineering team that worked collaboratively over 18 months to build PlatformOne and successfully migrate all TOCs onto the new system. The migration was completed on time and on budget with no disturbance to end users.
