FanDuel migrates 8 of 37 Fantasy Sports services with Mindera

The customer, FanDuel, a leading US mobile sports betting operator, faced a challenge as its rapid growth was straining its legacy IT systems, threatening its agility and market position. To maintain its growth, FanDuel needed to modernize and migrate its diverse, non-standardized tech stacks to scalable platforms. The vendor, Mindera, was engaged to manage this business-critical transformation due to its expertise in scalable migrations.

Mindera's solution involved migrating all of FanDuel's services to AWS Kubernetes for its scalability and cost optimization. Despite the complexity of the project, the migration is on track with significant progress made as of October 2025, including the development finalization for Fantasy Sports and Racing services.
