Leal responded by loaning equipment, offering daily live streams, creating individual workout stations, and using online booking to manage capacity. She also built an on-demand video library and integrated bookings and video through Mindbody, which streamlined operations, boosted member accountability and satisfaction, and helped the community stay connected and safer — outcomes Leal describes as “better than ever.”
