JBe Beauty, a Denver-based permanent makeup studio owned by Simone Smith, paused operations during the COVID-19 shutdown. Faced with closures and the need to simplify scheduling and client management as the studio prepared to reopen, Smith decided to change booking software.

After trying other platforms, Smith switched to Booker for its streamlined online booking; she directed clients to book consultations and appointments online as JBe reopened. The move paid off: between May and July 2020 JBe had $113K in booked appointments, 220 visits in July, a 37% rise in appointments and a 48.7% increase in revenue.
